Position Summary The Head of IT Applications will lead a global team responsible for the design, delivery, and support of core enterprise-level applications. The incumbent is expected to be relentless in the pursuit of excellence and passionate for developing high-performing teams in delivering the global IT vision of supporting revenue growth while reducing cost and managing risk. Principal Responsibilities o Lead the design, delivery, and support of core enterprise technologies including SAP ECC6, CRM, APO, multiple partner solutions, and IBM B2B to support revenue growth, reduce cost and manage risk. o Accountable for the effectiveness of IT general controls for the above technologies, ensuring adherence to all relevant IT policies, procedures, and computer systems validation standards. o Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in the design and delivery of the ERP migration to SAP S4. o Develop a best-in-class SAP delivery and support organization by attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing IT professionals focused on business outcomes, leveraging managed services as appropriate. o Partner with the Commercial, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions IT leaders in the assessment and planning of new project requests including the analysis of options, resource, cost, schedule, and risks. Examples of project requests include core applications modernization, mergers and acquisitions, and new process capabilities. o Provide input to, and support of, the alignment of IT strategy to the objectives of key partners including Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Quality, and Corporate Functions. o Responsible for effective resource planning and management of competing priorities. o Liaise with business process owners to ensure effective communications and translation of technical requirements into business solutions. o Provide timely updates on project status, key decisions, risks, and issues. o Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and regional service providers as required. o Plan and manage the Applications team budget. Education / Experience Requirements o Bachelor's Degree required, MBA desirable. o 5
years' experience leading and developing a best-in-class Global SAP Applications team required. o 10
years' experience leading SAP implementations required. o Leadership experience of a full life cycle migration to SAP S4 required. o Experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred. o Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
