Global Functions - The Corporate division is the central operating unit of the company; setting strategy and policy and providing business development, finance, human resources, information technology, investor relations and legal support to the businesses. Position Summary Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific Information Technology projects in support of Corporate Functions, ensuring consistency and alignment with company strategies, goals, processes, and procedures. Principal Responsibilities o Oversight of all IT projects within the Corporate Functions portfolio including Finance, Corporate Development, Human Resources, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Legal and Compliance and Strategic Projects o Lead project teams in the analysis, design, implementation, and development of information systems, primarily in the Finance area. o Support the initiation process for new project requests including analysis of possible solutions, scope definition, resource, cost, and schedule planning. o Liaise with business owners to ensure effective communication and translation of business needs into technical requirements. o Input to and support of the alignment of IT strategy to the objectives of the Corporate Functions. o Management of the relationship with relevant external consultants, network, and equipment suppliers. o Develop requests for proposals (RFPs) for external services. o Weekly reporting on the status of all projects within the portfolio. o Lead role in the design, review, and oversight of IT General controls. Education / Experience Requirements o Bachelor's degree or Accounting & Finance professional certification required. o Minimum 5 years of experience leading, designing and executing on significant programs of business process and IT systems reengineering and change. o SAP, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or similar implementation experience required, preferably from a business analyst or IT support discipline. o Professional Project Management certification preferred. o Six Sigma or other Business Process Mapping certification preferred. o Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. Specialized Skills / Other Requirements o Proven track record of leading projects in an ERP environment, preferably SAP. o Experience of building relationships with executive and senior leadership, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. o Extensive experience in applying structured project management and systems development methodologies to deliver business change. o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, developing creative solutions and meeting project objectives. o Proven facilitation skills across multiple business disciplines, organization levels and geographies. o The ability to prioritize and manage several projects and customers simultaneously. o Excellent communication skills. o Customer focused. o Approachable and enthusiastic. o Flexible and adaptable. o Able to work on own initiative and as a team player. o Good organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity o Good judgment and problem-solving ability and can understand the impact of decision-making on both Teleflex and their customers.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
