Position Summary This position will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and will be a key member of the Corporate FP&A team. The incumbent will oversee integral components of the financial analysis of the company's quarter-end result, forecasts, and annual operating plans. Principal Responsibilities o Perform critical month-end analysis on gross margin and operating margin in an effort to understand trends and highlight opportunities and risks for senior management o Lead quarter balance sheet and cash flow forecasting activities for the company o Function as a team member on all departmental recurring activities, including weekly and month-end reporting o Oversee forecasting and reporting activities for certain corporate departments o Assist in the development and maintenance of critical reports and finance templates o Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes o Ensure compliance with all applicable change management processes and procedures including SOX controls and other internal controls o Work with all key stakeholders to update, recommend and develop practices for more consistent and efficient processes o Assist in preparation of data for, and review with, external and internal auditors o Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required Education / Experience Requirements o Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance; or other, with relevant work experience supporting corporate finance preferred o Prior experience forecasting balance sheet and cash flows o Working knowledge of GAAP preferred o Experience with Oracle EPM solutions; Essbase or Hyperion Planning a plus o Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information o Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and resolve problems o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) required. o Ability to manage and succeed in a fast-paced environment o Must possess proven Project Management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. o Well organized and detail-oriented with strong analytic, problem-solving skills and user troubleshooting skills o Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
