- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services - Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are maintained - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates - Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability - Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
Experience:
