- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area - Handle cash and process payments accurately - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred - Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling procedures - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and cash handling - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Sales-oriented mindset to promote menu items and increase revenue Note:
