The candidate will lead legal strategy and support for the Software business unit's integration and operational infrastructure initiatives and it's go to market functions. Will provide guidance to client constituencies spanning the Software business teams and product portfolios. Partner with senior business leaders and legal colleagues around the globe to develop and implement advancements to the business unit's commercial operations and processes in accordance with legal and compliance requirements. Identify and assess legal and business risks of current commercial operations and processes. Collaborate with various business owners and legal colleagues to develop process improvements and operational policies. Provide legal support for various go to market endeavors, such as marketing campaigns, channel and partner programs, SaaS, and professional services within the business unit. Act as key advisor to business owners and senior business leaders with regard to various legal issues, including risk mitigation. Provide legal advice and support on customer license compliance issues and disputes. Manage alignment of work activities and key initiatives with overall priorities of the legal function. Provide negotiation and drafting support of inbound and outbound contracts to the software business as required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
