Job
Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers and other outside sources as necessary to ensure accuracy of order and timely delivery.
Assist in managing joint email box to process shipments is a timely fashion
Enter truck pickup tickets into system on occasion
Manage log of shipping ticket entries and prepare and send report daily to logistics and sales team
Reconcile orders as appropriate to approve invoices
Management of weekly inventory reconciliations with storage terminals
Communication with basin managers, order entry team, and contacts at terminals to proactively manage truck ticket entry process and maintain inventory balances.
Ensures proactive communication and partnership between customers, Sales Account Managers, relevant business partners, and Customer Service leadership regarding order issues and changes.
Reviews open orders to proactively identify bottlenecks and clear constraints.
Ensures effective participation of the escalation process to provide proactive response to relevant issues for all orders.
Create reports relating to bookings, sales, and shipments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for review by department manager.
Communicates past due orders to team and maintains actionable backlog.
May be required to be accessible on late evenings and weekends to process orders that may come in after normal business hours.
Qualifications:
Must have 3
years of relevant customer service, order entry or sales support experience
Associate/Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to build cross functional relationships
Proven interest in customer interaction and satisfaction with an ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers.
Ability to prioritize and simultaneously work on several projects under strict timelines.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
