Our client, a global manufacturer in Wayne, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO. The Executive Assistant's responsibilities will include calendar management, answering calls and emails, making global travel arrangements, generating reports, working closely with a Board of Directors and other projects as assigned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and Board experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Calendar management
Meeting planning and coordination
Compiles and arranges materials for meetings and events
Coordinates complex domestic and international travel
Assists in preparation for Board Meetings
Assists Board Members with arrangements and logistics
Creates and maintains presentations, databases and spreadsheet files
Provides assistance to other executives as needed
Personal support as needed
Other projects as assigned


Qualifications:

High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with several supporting C-Level executives
Experience working with Board of Directors required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and typing skills
Excellent professional communication and phone skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle high level of confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions
Must be able to handle pressures associated with critical deadlines
Ability to work independently and also as part of a teamEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
