Title - 100% Level 1 IT Phone Support
Pay Rate - $12.00 per hour
Work Schedule -- could be either 1st or 2nd shift and you may need to work a weekend day
Scope -- 100% level 1 IT phone support
Term -- temp to perm after 90 days which means for the 1st 90 days, you would be a contractor and after 90 days the client would convert you to an employee
Skill Set Requirement - seeking recent IT tech school grads seeking to start an IT career with a IT company or people with phone support experience. Also consider Jr PC TechsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
