About the Position:
Sungard AS has an Enterprise Strategic Deals team focusing on assisting the Sales Team and Solution Engineer and Architects with solutioning complex and enterprise deals. This position will have a focus on Solutioning deals that comprise Cloud, Managed Services, Recovery Services and Enterprise Applications and/or broad integration of IT services supplied by 3rd parties such as Level 1 Help Desk services, VDI services, and other services to meet a customer's needs not currently offered today as a Sungard AS product.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage and successfully execute professional business and technical relationships with large complicated clients & prospects; able to develop and maintain C-level and senior technical management relationships
Solicit and dissect client requirements and craft a solution that utilizes consulting services, managed services, advanced and traditional recovery services as dictated by the client need
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the sales teams
Develop a positive working dialog with the product managers and operations staff for Managed Services and Recovery Services lines-of-business at an Executive level
Provide professional presentations at technical, application & management levels
Manage general individual reporting functions as required
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of SunGard AS (Services Exhibit, Services Guide, MSA, and SLAs)
Gather detailed requirements information on the customers Application and IT environment. Including but not limited to data center operations, hardware and operating systems, networking infrastructure, backup processes, and applications
Responsible for providing positive mentoring leadership, attitude and work ethic with the MS LOB Operations Team and MS Strategic Deals team
Prioritize and manage to key MS LOB Strategic Deals
Must be able to travel up to 80% as business needs dictate
Provide Application sales leadership for SunGard's largest Managed Services opportunities through the pre and post sales cycle and re-engage during lifecycle sales activities
Demonstrate strong understanding of business including budget creation/management, growth strategies, resource management, FTE analysis, and Total Cost of Ownership
Requirements and Preferred Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or work experience equivalent in a technical service or product support role required
An MBA is a plus
Min of 15 years supporting complex client requirements assessment and solutions development required
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to develop, write, and defend complex business case analysis for solutions not part of current product offerings
Experience working across multiple organizations and with outside partner / service providers required
Legal and contract expertise desired
Able to effectively communicate at the technical, business and board room levels
Able to anticipate operational and delivery opportunities and pre-emptively resolve conflict
Consulting and client engagement management experience a plus
Able to prioritize conflicting requirements and provide strong recommendations to management and senior leadership
Anticipates client needs and strategy absent direct guidance form the client
Extensive knowledge and experience with Solutioning complex deals for Enterprise Applications, in particular the Oracle suite of products - Oracle eBusiness Suite, Peoplesoft, and Siebel
Ability to identify a business or technical customer issue, craft and implement a solution to drive additional revenue to SunGard required
"Creditworthiness" and ability to use a personal credit card for all reimbursable expenses is required
Exceptional listening and verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent presentation skills at all levels - ideally proven C level presentation expertise required
Exceptional Project Management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects required
Knowledge of Operating Systems hardware and protocols highly preferred
Proficient in various communication environments and of emerging technologies highly preferred
Must be technically able to work with vendors
Proficient in the use of PC platforms and Software

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
