Regional LIMS Administrator

Client is looking for a Regional LIMS Administrator located in Wayne, PA. This is a Permanent full time position and the salary offered is $60-75K per year.
Summary of Position
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and maintain the regional Labware Laboratory Information Management System or LIMS. The position creates and maintains procedures, configures and customizes the system and provides support and training to staff members. It is accountable for testing and documenting system changes as required by ISO standards.
Design, code, test, document, implement, support, and train users on Labware LIMS to meet complex business requirements.
Lead cross department projects to enhance and further the functionality within Labware LIMS
Evaluate product enhancements and capabilities and implementing upgrades as required.
Adhere to department design, programming and data control standards.
Continually improve professional, technical, project management and company knowledge.
Analyze requirements requested by user departments and develop program specifications to meet objectives.
Develop accurate and efficient programs to improve productivity and efficiencies
Comply with JM Hazardous Waste procedures and local, state and federal regulatory requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in Science, IT, Chemistry, Engineering or Business
3-5 years experience in programming and systems analysis or Quality Lab experience
Ability to think analytically, identify root causes within a software system and resolve issues independently
Understand the Business Units applications Development Standards and Procedures
Working knowledge of Quality Lab and QA procedures and policies
Working knowledge of the major applications at the business unit.
Familiar with Quality Lab equipment and devices
Proficient with Windows computers, Office and database tools.
