Entry Level Sales

The Company:
JetSpring is a communication leader in the higher education sector, specializing in the effective implementation of live chat on the websites of colleges and universities. We provide our clients exclusively with US-based, highly trained, four-year college graduates to front end a high level customer service experience for a prospective student.

A B2B leadership team with over 100 years of traditional contact center experience has carved a niche in higher education and is going through rapid expansion. JetSpring is currently seeking a sales person to grow within the organization.

The Job:
We are looking to bring on board a dynamic individual who would support us in our sales and outreach efforts. This person would be responsible for representing the JetSpring brand over the phone and in person. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, eager to learn, and wired to work hard.

Skills & Responsibilities:
Identify qualified sales opportunities for our services via teleprospecting and email
Identifying decision makers, determining customer needs and timing, positioning concepts, overcome objections
Place 50+ outbound calls per day
Meet and exceed monthly goals by delivering well qualified sales opportunities
Assist sales team in appointment and demo setting
Participate in weekly sales meetings with thoughtful input

Exceptional written communication and grammar is a must
Persuasive interpersonal sales skills with positive outlook
Self-motivated and competitive: driven to reach and exceed individual and team goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
1+ years of sales experience desired
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of LinkedIn
High call volume telemarketing, B2B, and/or other inside sales experience, preferred but not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
