Our client, a well-known service provider in the Radnor area, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source talent for corporate positions as well as leadership positions in sales and operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful and driven with at least 2 years of experience in a sourcing and recruiting. This position is a contract position for at least 6 months with the potential to transition to a full time position.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for sourcing and some full-cycle recruitment practices and producing recruitment plans
Work in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidates for interview
Ensure efficiency in time to hire is maintained, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools
Assist in negotiating rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas to hiring managers
Provide a high level of candidate care and ensure frequent communication
Undertake project work as required


Qualifications:

2+ years work experience in a recruiting or sourcing role
Bachelors Degree require
Creative sourcing and pipe-lining experience, including use of social media, online networking, data mining, and other website functions
Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations
Open to a team environment with shared responsibilities and accountability
Flexible in a constantly shifting environment
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to maintain a large volume of contacts for pipeline development
Exceptional customer service experience
In-depth experience using a wide range of direct sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates in line with cost constraints
Working within a fast paced environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent prioritizing and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
