Shift:- HOURS oPrimarily Weekday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM - Monday through Friday with occasional rotation to other shifts to cover the Hours of Operation of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. o8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday
Essential Functions:
oQuickly and accurately enters payment, credit card, bank account and bank routing information received from customer during telephone call.
oMaintains customer satisfaction and retains customer loyalty.
oUtilizes problem identification and conflict management skills to resolve client and customer concerns.
oAbility to adhere to schedules, policies and procedures.
oAbility to assist with training new hires. Pre-Requisites:
oMeets educational requirements; High school diploma or GED with 1 year of Call Center or Financial Services industry work experience.
oAnswer inbound phone calls, from customers, in order to process payments via credit card or ACH debit.
oAnswer inbound phone calls, from clients, in order to answer questions regarding the Pay system.
oTransfer callers to Second level support Customer Service as appropriate
oWork with the web-based Pay Systems, Aspect Telephone System ,System to process payments, assist with inquiries regarding payments.
oMake outbound calls and/or send outbound e-mail to resolve inquires and disputes.
oInterface with customers via written correspondence, as needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
